We specialize in providing behavior management support for youth, offering a structured environment and consistent routines that promote repetition and the development of self-care and healthy daily living skills. Our approach includes support, supervision, and assistance with basic self-care tasks and routines, such as hygiene and healthy eating.

We proactively plan to minimize or reduce potential triggers that may lead to aggressive behavior, while offering targeted support in managing these behaviors. Our focus is on developing coping strategies and distress tolerance skills, providing the necessary time and space for youth to process expectations and consequences. Staff are trained to assist in processing and understanding tasks in a way that aligns with the youth’s developmental age and cognitive understanding.

Our approach emphasizes the strengths of each youth, building therapeutic relationships through active engagement in daily routines and recreational activities. We ensure consistent support through a dedicated team that fosters meaningful connections with the youth.
