Our team is qualified in the many areas of concerns for youth. They are as diverse as the youth's needs. Promoting trust between client and the worker while most importantly ensuring everyone's safety is an absolute priority. PS Elite associates are qualified Personal Support Workers (PSW), Child and Youth Workers(CYW)

Qualifications

Our associates are briefed on and proficient at managing a client's behavior, their triggers, and the de-escalation process prior to being introduced. Our qualified PSW (personal support workers), and Certified Youth Workers (CYW) are certified in CPR/ First Aid, Crisis prevention and intervention, UMAB.
